Mr. James V Nelson President and Founder Mr. Nelson has 24 years of GPS surveying and mapping experience. He is conducted
numerous successful GIS/GPS projects for electric utilities over this period of time. He has extensive experience in
project management and GIS implementation. Mr. Nelson holds a Masters Degree from the University of Utah. In addition,
he spent 25 years in the United States Air Force, holding the rank of Lt. Colonel and has the rating of Master Navigator.
